I love supporting people and giving them space to be. Be it as a therapist, as a host or as a friend.

Giving space may sound unspectacular, but for me it is everything.

There is nothing without space, nothing can emerge or change.

 

If you give space, for example by simply listening or touching an area of the body for a moment, body and mind can relax. Out of this relaxed state blockages can be released, solutions may reveal or new ideas can emerge. For me, it's always like a little magic.

 

Manual forms of therapy have always fascinated me, as the one who receives and the one who offers. With my offer I would like to support people and give them the opportunity to relax, recover and regain their full strengths.

It means a lot to me to accompany people on their journey and to provide a framework to recover and relax, where tensions or entanglements can get released and peace emerge.

​

Everyone carries a backpack and it is relieving to take it off for a while and maybe even leave one or the other stone behind.

​

It is important to me to support you in a way that you get the best possible access to your energy and strength and that you feel well.
